Job Type: Full-time, Temp to perm,16 weeks

We are looking for an experienced Spray Shop Team Leader / Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day running of our spray shop and lead a small production team. The successful candidate will ensure all work is completed to a high standard, on time, and in line with company quality and health & safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the spray shop team
• Ensure all sprayed items meet company quality standards
• Maintain a “Right First Time” approach to workmanship
• Allocate and complete daily production work
• Check colours against paperwork and approved samples
• Complete quality logs and resolve any production issues
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organised work area
• Ensure machinery is maintained correctly
• Promote and follow all Health & Safety procedures

Requirements

• Previous spray shop experience
• Supervisory or team leader experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
